Hi Louis!

I adopted a Seal Point Siamese kitten from you, we named him Locker Bleu.  He is an absolutely amazing cat.  He is so intelligent and trainable, which has made him even more fun than we expected.  Everyone who meets him is simply amazed.  He always comes when we say his name.  He is however a bit lonely, even though he is king of the house, and after having fostered and adopting out a kitten recently we are thinking it may be really nice to get another Siamese kitten.  I was curious if you would be expecting any litters coming up.  We would like to wait for a blue point male.  If in the off chance you had a blue point male with violet eyes come up that would be my preference.  Not sure if you have any at this time, if not we are happy to wait as long as we need to.

Thank you,

Cyndi Ridenhour / Vancouver / 1/18/12

Dear Louis,

I've written this recommendation of your work to share with others.

Over the years, two of our beautiful siamese cats, one a seal point, the other a chocolate point came from Louis Azcarate's feline family.  We are 100% pleased with the breeding expertise, pre-adoption parenting, and follow-up that Louis provides each cat.  Because of his knowledge and experience, our kittens arrived wonderfully healthy, litter trained and full of spunk.  If you are looking for an agile, gorgeous kitten, bred for years of companionship, I recommend talking to Louis.

Thank you,

Ann J. Warman / founder/president brandUnity Inc.

Louis,

I cant' begin to tell you how happy I am with my ZZ.  He is the most beautiful cat I have ever had inside and out.  You did a wonderful job with him.  He is a full time playboy! When he isn't playing he plops on my lap for me to tell him; "What a beautiful little face you have". And purr, purr, purr.  He has a clean bill of health, is eating like a piggy, drinking his goats milk formula and drinking his water.  He uses his litter box and sleeps through the night.  He never cries!  I want you to tell me how you managed to teach him all of those things so well?  He is teething and trying to chew my fingers now.  I think I will look for a rubber puppy bone for him.  What do you think?

Below are some pictures I took of him so you can see how happy he is.

Thank you,

Hi Louis,

Just updating you that I took the boys to the vet Tuesday and our vet was very pleased with the kittens and their blood work came back normal as expected.  Our vet said, "your breeder did a very good job, these kittens look great".  Just as you said I'd hear.  Also, Everyone was commenting on how gorgeous and cute they are.  I was a proud mama!  They are warming up to me more and more, and letting me hold them for longer periods of time instead of jumping down after a moment of being in my arms.  I haven't got much sleep because I've just been up late playing with them as well as during the day.  They seems to start asleep allot if I'm not in the room.  They just melt my heart every day!  I love them.  Just wanted to fill you in.

Below is a picture of them in their new Kitty Condo tree.

Hi Louis,

Happy New Year!  I just realized I have late Christmas card and neuter certificate to mail to you but can't find your home address.

Butters is doing Great! He will never shake the "Butters" as he was such a lil guy for a while but he has recently added "del Toro".  You were right - he is the son of Zorro and he races around the house like bull - itts hilarious.  He is also learning all kinds of bad habits from his older brother the Bengal - Butters is now quite the jumper.

Attached is a photo - They are both beatiful and sweet; most of the time.

Kind Regards,

Hi Louis,

How are you?  Hope all is going well for you and the kittens!  I thought I would send along a couple of pictures of Maiu (rhymes with bayou) I named her after a friend .....she adorable - and such a good little kitten.  She is so beautiful and we love her.  She already rules the home.

Maiu spent the first couple of weeks in her own room (our spare bedroom) but now she's fully aclimated to the house and our standard poodle.  They play together and it wont be long before they are inseparable, I think.  I staged the pitures where thye're together, but neither of them panicked or moved, so I think I'll be able to get a Christmas pic of the two of them together.

Maiu is a real snuggler - loves to sleep or doze or be worshiped right on my chest (or my husband's chest).  She purrs nonstop.  We got her a cat condo - its in the living room and she loves to run to it, play on it and sleep in it.

She's really a beautiful sweetie - very glad to have her part of our lives.  Thank you for letting us adopt her.  Take Care,

Hi Louis,

A quick note to tell you Bailey is a great cat.  I don't think we've ever had one that thought he was a dog.  He fits right in and we love him very much.  Thank you again for allowing us to buy such a great kitten.

Hi Louis,

Hope you and yours are well.  It is a stunning Fall day here and everyone in our neighborhood is decorating for Halloween.  Very spooky.

Scottie is an absolute jewel in every way.  So handsome and smart and funny and crafty and mischievous and so loving.  He doesn't know a stranger and loves Dash and Matisee and Picasso.  He follows Dash around and wants to do eveything he does.  I have had and know many felines in my life and have loved or love them all, but this little guy has something extra going on.  I am so in love with him I just had to tell you how wonderful he is.  Micheal feels the same way as well.

I wondered what you thought of my possibly showing him at one of our local cats shows in the applehead classification?  Just curious, also Dash because of his stunning beauty and calm demeanor?

How is Snowie?  I'm keeping tabs on her as well. :)

Fondly,

Kelly / S. Calif.

Dear Louis:

Just wanted to let you know that our kitten, Frodo is doing splendidly.  He is now 4 months, about 4lbs, and quite a scamp.  We never seen such an energetic kitten.  When he is tired he does love to sit with us.  We are really enjoying him.  Hope you are well.

Good Afternoon Louis,

Little Thomas is amazing.  He is continually full of surprises.  I was worried about him getting along with Bentley as it took Bentley a year to adjust to Cecil and Isaac.  He had never seen other cats before Cecil and Isaac, not to mention his never having played with another cat.  Well, Bentley is actually playing with Thomas!  Yesterday, Bentley was laying on his side while Thomas was on top of him chewing on his neck.  My jax dropped and I called Caroline to see it.

Caroline reads to Thomas as she did with Cecil and Isaac.  I think it really hastened the bonding.  I can see Thomas idolized Caroline and follows her around as well as sleeping alongside her head.  Thomas was a lot more well-adjusted than Bentley when I first got him.  Shows a real difference between breeders.

Hi Louis,

Last June I became a care giver to one of the most beautiful and wonderful cats in existence, one of your Balinese kittens.  We call her Miu Miu.  Every time I look at her I can't believe how fortunate I am.  She's too good to be true.  Sweet, very playful, very affectionate, gets along with my other cats, and has adjusted to our home far better than I could hope for.  And she's sooo beautiful with a huge, fluffy tail.  Lilac point is even prettier than bluepoint.  I have attached a photo so you can see how she's growing and I hope that she is as happy with us as we are with her.  Thank you for sending us this great kitty.  I'm looking forward to spending a long and happy life with her.

Louis, just a quick update. Within hours our new kitty (named Finnigan Wyatt Wales, or Finn for short), settled in and spent most of the evening vying for our attention and purring. He is doing marvelously well with the girls and is soooo gentle with them! They are very cautious around him, but he lets them pat him and even pick him up. Attached a few photos. The first 2 are from yesterday and as you can see he was happy to lie with the girls and immediately took to my husbands chest! The last photo was taken just moments ago. I was putting our 3 year old to bed and he followed us into the bedroom, hopped up and you can see what resulted with absolutely no prompting or staging from us.
I am delighted to say, I think he is the perfect fit, both in his social and gentle personality with the girls and of course with his stunning beauty.

Thanks again!

Hi Louis,

It was so nice to talk to you yesterday. I am so thankful that you let Raini come home with us and become part of our family. She is our pride and joy. She is so perfect! Today is one week and I already don't know what I'd do without her. I am in LOVE! I truly feel she was meant to be with us. She has such a great personality. She brings me such joy, I have had a smile on my face for a week straight.

She loves to chase her toy mice on the tile so she can run really fast and slide as she bats around her toys. If I throw the mice off the bed she will run and launch herself off the side and is starting to pick them up and carry them. I think she will be bringing them back to me in a day or two. Last night she slept on top of me, when I would roll over and set her on the bed she would climb back on me and purr with her loud motor and lick and give love bites. She also loves to crawl down between the sheets and sleep under the covers.

She is very coordinated and loves to pounce on anything that moves. She has a good appetite and seems to be adjusting very well. Attached are a few pictures that Ii took with my phone, It’s hard to keep her still, she is a very busy little peanut. I will take some better ones with my camera and sent to you soon.

Louis, I cant thank you enough for our baby girl!

I can see why you didn't want to let her go.

Take care and all my best,

Hi Louis,

I realized it's been a while since I sent you pictures of Jamaica (Lilliana x Janus). He is my pride and joy, and I love him more than you can ever imagine. He's the best cat, and we are completely inseparable. Thank you for selling him to me.

Last year (2010), he won the Microsoft Cat Calendar contest and was the featured cat for the month of June. Here are a few pictures of my baby. You raise the most wonderful animals, and I look forward to purchasing from you again in the future!

p.s. in case you are wondering, he is not an outdoor kitty. Our cats only go outside supervised by both my husband and I and are contained by a six foot fence. He adores the various grasses, and he runs crazy-like down the back fence line. He just loves it!

I can't believe it, but he's already 6 years old. It seems like just yesterday – I definitely haven't gotten to spend enough time with him. He is such a gem and a critical part of our family.

Jamaica and I hope you and your kitties are all doing well! Keep us posted on your new additions. I keep a close eye on your website. Next time, I might want a chocolate point! :-) I have a rescue kitty that is a lynx point Siamese, but I always thought a chocolate point would be nice. Knowing the quality and loving nature of the kitties you raise, I'm definitely buying from you again.

Take care and God bless!

Hi Louis,

I am finally getting around to writing you to tell you how absolutely wonderful all your fabulous felines are, especially our precious Lillian and Dashiell. They have slipped seamlessly into our lives, our home, our two older Lilac Point Siamese boys, and our hearts.

You made the entire transaction such a pleasure from the first phone inquiry the day before our babies were born, until we left your house to all board a plane back to Los Angeles. You selected the two kittens who would be the best pair for our household based on what we told you we would need, and you were absolutely right. I have had Siamese/ Balinese cats all of my life, and Dash and Lillian are turning out to be among the sweetest, smartest, most beautiful, and most loving of all our cats, and we know without question that it is because of all the love, care, and sweat you put into raising such phenomenal kittens.

I would not hesitate to recommend you and your cattery to anyone looking to add one of these precious kittens or adults to their family. You may feel free to give my name and contact information to prospective clients who might be seeking additional information about your program.

Fondly,

Kelly & Michael

My name is Steve Walker and I adopted a female kitten from you 3 years ago January 5th (2008). Her name is Reggie. At the time I lived in Grand Rapids.

Two years ago we moved to Columbus, Ohio. I really meant to update you earlier. I can not say enough about Reggie. We had a bond after the first day. There was no adjustment period. She has trained me to do several tricks but, I can tell that she thinks I'm a little slow to catch on (based on some of the looks she gives me). She is very vocal and likes to play. She is more like a roommate than a pet. As a matter of fact "pet" does not even fit her.

I am a fan of Permes Cattery! Based on my experience with My Reggie, I would recommend Permes Cattery to anyone who is seriously considering adopting. I have attached a picture of Reggie (taken just before Christmas) . She is loved and very spoiled. Thanks to your dedication and commitment I have Reggie. The process leading up to adoption was a high quality experience.

Dear Louis,

Mitsos has made it safely to Boston and is now at home with me. He is absolutely adorable. It took him minutes to warm up to me. He is still exploring, but we did have a play session with him earlier on! I want to thank you for everything. I will send more news and pictures in some time, when he is fully acclimated.
Feel free to contact me whenever.

Dear Louis,
I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas.  I just wanted to tell you how in love I am with the two kittens I adopted from you.  Both of them are wonderful.  I have not had one single problem with either one of them since they arrived.  From day one they made themselves at home.  I am a proud and doting mother.

Thank you for providing me with such a beautiful set of kittens.  Both have deep saphire blue eyes and very sweet dispositions.  Keep up the good work.

Sincerely,

Holiday Greetings to you Louis and Family,

We wish you a very Merry Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Thought you would enjoy these pictures of Peanut and Cookie.  They are so funny together and you can see they love each other more and more by the day.  :)  Cookie is just a kitten so Peanut doesn't always find her "pouncing" humerus.

We love them dearly.  Thank you.

Dear Louis,

I wanted you to know how the kitties are doing. Robert’s mother and sister came for dinner yesterday because they wanted to meet the kitties. They are from Seattle and I was worried they would come all that way and not see them at all. They had taken up residence in the closet. Of course they had food, a bed with a heating pad, toys and their scratching post plus the cat box so there was no need for them to come out. But by golly they were not the least bit afraid. They played all over the bedroom where we all sat and watched, they wrestled each other, they let all of us pet them and Finnegan actually raced out of the bedroom, down the hall, and downstairs to the second floor...and back. So everyone had a fabulously entertaining Christmas thanks to the kitties. We all adore them. They are eating and sleeping well so not to worry about them. We are enjoying them immensely. Thanks for giving them such a great start to life.

Fondly, Beth

Hi Louis,

That is wonderful that you are doing well. You know your individual cats so well and have matched them up with us perfectly.
Louis, here are a few pix of Cami attached. Tomorrow, I will take some shots of the most beautiful 9 month old male cat (Miki) you have ever produced and some newer ones of the 5 month old female kitten (Cami) who is equally beautiful.

Scott says hi. He is playing with Cami who he says is really an acrobat and a great cat- in a league of her own, has a great temperament. She plays by herself and/or brings him or me her toys when she wants us to play.

You take it easy now, my friend.

Thank you very much,

Hi Louis,

I'm finally emailing you to give you an update on our baby boy who we named Kati (the a is pronounced as u) I made up the name as I wanted something that sounded like a Thailand name. He's already growing like crazy and is starting to have a dragging little pot belly! He has a thick fur coat that is sooooo soft! We love him so much and he's just our little pride and joy! We love both the kittens but the other one (Yochai) is a little stinker about going to bed at night while Kati just settles down right away and goes to sleep. Kati just does whatever we want him to do! He's so good and is wonderful about putting up with Yochai biting his tail and bugging him , etc. We wish you, your daughter and the cats all a happy Thanksgiving! Kati sends his love! He gets kissed, cuddled and loved so much every day and is a happy baby boy! Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you once again,

 Dear Louis,

This letter to you is LONG overdue. I have no good excuse so I won’t even try. I want to express how grateful I am that you allowed me to adopt Willow who you called “Bear”. He is the perfect cat for me! Though he is shy with strangers or people he doesn’t see often, he is very affectionate with me. Before I knew it, he was buddies with Charlie. I must admit I was a little jealous until I could see that I was still his human of preference! Willow has so many predictable habits. If I call “shower kitty”, he runs from wherever he is to the bathroom, curls up on my robe and waits for me to step out for me to pick him up and snuggle. If he doesn’t come quick enough and I close the door, I find him waiting outside the door wondering why I locked him out. Every night, at some point he paws at my right arm so that I open it up so that he can snuggle in. Then he chokes me by kneading me on the neck and purrs until he falls asleep (thank God, I can breathe again). When I come home he races downstairs to say “hello, I’m right here.” He also leaps off of his cat tree when I walk in the room to nudge my leg.

Willow is an extremely playful cat. He rummages through his toy basket until he finds something he feels like playing with and pulls it out. Sometimes that requires a glance in my direction saying “I can’t do this one alone, mom. Can you help me with this?” He also loves playing hide and seek. If I follow him upstairs, I’ll suddenly disappear until he runs back to find me peeking around a corner. He then plays the curious game until he can resist no longer and rushes up on me.

The most intriguing thing I’ve seen Willow do is to play with our black lab, Maia. Given his shy nature, I would have thought he would keep his distance from her. Surprisingly though, he struck up a friendship with her. They play when Willow is in the mood. It gets so rough that it’s a wonder that the kitty comes back for more. Maia pushes (or tosses) Willow with her nose and completely rolls over him! He does take off at that point but comes back for more within minutes. I can’t figure this out as he still runs from friends we have over.

I didn’t mention how absolutely gorgeous he is. His blue eyes are amazing! The depth of color almost doesn’t seem real! His coat is a beautiful white and his lilac/frost tips are subtle. The texture of his coat is silky soft and fluffy. He is the cat I hoped for when I began my search. I had taken in 2 strays over the years and almost adopted a Siamese from a shelter but that didn’t work out. I then decided to buy the kind of kitten that I wanted and not feel guilty about it. A lilac, male Balinese was my dream cat. Though you were hesitant at first as you were considering keeping him for breading, you finally decided to part with him. Lucky for me, he is perfect. Lucky for him, as he leads a relaxing life and is well loved and even spoiled. Thank you again for choosing me to be Willow’s “mom”. Thank you also for being patient with my millions of questions. You were so easy to work with from hundreds of miles away! I will recommend you to anyone who asks for a trustworthy and reliable breeder.

Your website looks great. Many new things are going on at Permes Cats. The kittens are beautiful and your new breading cats look amazing! Keep up the wonderful work, Louis.

Sincerely,

Hi,
I hope you got my voicemail a few weeks ago telling you that little Truman is doing great! You'll be happy to know that he is a jumper just like his father-he is all over the place and so fast. We've had many cats and he is by far the smartest.

We no longer feel like empty nesters-he keeps up busy and very amused. When he gets tired he sleeps in the bed with us.
He's SUCH a character in so many ways. He hardly talks except when he's in the litter box-it's like he wants us to know that he is in there-never had a cat do that. When he is calm and sit's on our laps we pet him and call him the "purr machine" since he purrs the whole time we are petting him. Such a loving cat. You sure know how to raise them!
We lost our camera but will get a new one and send pictures-he is growing fast.

We have not heard back from the other folks from Portland but I'm sure they are happy too.

Take good care,
Jamie

Hi Louis!

First of all I wanted to say thank you for sending me the most handsome kitty I've ever seen in my life! His eyes are gorgeous and his coloring is coming in beautifully; Everyone who meets him is amazed at what a stud he is!!! I also wanted to thank you for the tremendous amount of care that you put into raising a healthy and happy kitten. All the attention and love that you showered him with really helped develop his unique personality. He is adjusting so well to his new surroundings and now has me wrapped around his little paw! He loves to play, and loves to cuddle even more than that! He is a sweetheart and has definitely taken over my heart! I hope by the pictures you see why he is helping me get through law school with a smile! Thank you again for making my little chunky monkey possible!

With lots of love,

 Hi Louis,

I just wanted to give you an update on our little kitty girl, Klahhane. She is the most loving, clever girl. We truly adore her and she is having a great time playing and exploring her new environment. We have a small home at the coast and she is out here for her first weekend. I am amazed at how well she adjusts to new things. I am sending a photo and will send more later after I download them from my camera. This one I took with the computer, so it is not as clear as the others.

Thanks so much for our beautiful kitty,

Dear Louis,

Thank you for your phone call.  It was nice hearing from you.

Enclosed are three pictures of our Tobiah "Toby"  We thought you would enjoy seeing and proof of his neurtering.  As I mentioned to you on the email message, Tody is wonderful!!! I have owned cats all my life and he is without a doubt the most loving little sweetheart of a cat I have ever seen.  He loves to snuggle and play.  He can also get into a fair amount of mischief! We love watching him learn and enjoy himself.  When we put him to bed in his nersery at night, we don't hear a peep out of him until morning.  That's when he loves to jump up on the bed and spend 45 minutes or so snuggling under my chin and purring to beat all!  Then he falls asleep again and snores, usually with his head on my pillow!  He is personality galore, thats' for sure to.

Thank you Again for all your loving care rasing him for those first three months.  It paid dividends!

Sincerely,

Sylvia and Harold  10/6/10

Hi Louis!

I photographed ZsaZsa on her second birthday in June, She is a wonderful companion to
Patricia and I and her personality fills our apartment. ZsaZsa clearly lives up to her
Hungarian namesake. She has an incessant curiosity and imagination for people, places
and things, even to the point of sitting in front of the TV and watching a show, especially
ravens, other birds and other animals on Nat. Geo. Shoelaces, drawstrings and other
hanging objects are always entertaining to het, as is running out in the hallway when she
thinks that she can get away with it. She is very put-upon when she realizes that she will be
brought back She loves to lie on the desk in our office, lying among papers that she
sometimes will scatter.

She greets our family and friends, sometimes sitting near them until they pay attention to
her, which of course happens rather quickly. Her relationship with our 4 year-old
granddaughter is a special one, even to the point of letting Eva rub her back. When Eva
was 2, ZsaZsa would occasionally become upset with her if she played tough. Now, Eva
playfully hisses at ZsaZsa to tease her. A quizzical look always follows. We have a cloth
figure shaped toy that is tied to a string at the end of a wand. When I play with her, she
believes that the toy is a bird and will leap a foot off the ground to catch it. When she loses
patience with me, she will pick the toy up and carry it to the other end of the apartment and
sit on top of it.

At night, ZsaZsa will sometimes climb under the coves and sleep next to me and she
regularly licks our hair for minutes at a time. If Patricia and I are gone for several hours,
and when we return home, ZsaZsa will dash about the apartment for minutes at a time.
She has many places to nap, although she always makes sure that she is able to watch one or
both of us if she wishes. Whenever we exchange long looks, she will always run after us.
One of our biggest fears was that Zsa Zsa would claw our funiture or not use her litter box
properly. We ate so pleased that she responded well to the cat-climber and has very clean
habits, so our fears were quickly laid to rest. She is a beautiful girl and it seems that she takes
great pride in her beauty - zsa zsa is a huge part of our family and we love het dearly.

 Hi Louis,

It has been four months now and Nena is growing from the little girl afraid of her brothers to the most adorable and precious Siamese ever. She has grown so much in both size and character. She plays fetch and delivers a little mouse with the pride of a hunter. When we play with her feather bird, she growls with the kill. She is my little dog. When I come home she prances up to me with her tail wagging side to side like a puppy, and follows me from room to room. Like all cats, she loves the night. But when she is finally exhausted she crawls under the covers about for about an hour and then she goes to her own bed. In the morning she reverses course to come back to under the covers again to take a nap before starting her busy day. We take walks on the sidewalk. The drivers slow and twist their heads as they pass. She’s all proud in her pink harness and leash and doesn't deign to look their way. Attached are two pictures of the girl. As you can see, she’s losing her childhood white and beginning to get her adult colors.

Thank you so much,

Hello Louis! Just wanted to send you an updated picture of Milo at nearly four months of age. He loves his new home and gets along great with the dog and the other cat. In the picture he's sitting in his favorite chair. We all love him and spoil him rotten! But I sometimes catch him trying to eat dog food and I give him a quick spray of water from the spray bottle. Thank you so much for him! He is absolutely perfect in every way! I also sent you picture to show other prospective kitten buyers what beautiful kittens Susie and Shasta create.

To all prospective kitten buyers: I highly recommend buying a kitten from Louis as he is very fair, kind, honest and truly loves and cares about his kittens. They are very beautiful and VERY smart. My kitten was already litter trained and knew what a scratching post was. He even figured out how to use a cardboard clawing mat in my home, which he had never even seen before! I could tell that he was definitely given lots of love, affection and attention before I picked him up. He is very loving with a very gentle temperament. His kittens are a little more costly than other purebreds, but you definitely will get what you pay for. And the best is what you will get.

Thanks again Louis and I will continue to send more pics periodically.

Dear Louis,

We wish you the very best birthday ever. We hope everything is going well.

We could not have wished for a better kitten than Alexander the Great, he is a joy and we are laughing continually every day. He is amazing and he is not yet 4 months old.

Enclosed are a couple of pictures from June 11 so you can see how he has grown.

Hi Louis,

I hope you are well. I wanted to give you an update on sweet Jasper. He is just an amazing kitten. Very social and everyone thinks he is the MOST gorgeous cat they have ever seen! His lynx points are really starting to show and he looks more and more like a "snow tiger" everyday. His vet check went very well and he has adjusted to life with us quite happily. He wakes us in the morning with purrs and kisses to our ears! Such a dear sweet boy. I've attached a picture and will send more soon. Thank you Louis for nurturing him and making him the most wonderful addition to our family.

Dear Louis -

It was so very lovely to meet you, and Snowy, and Chester, and of
course our as yet, un-named baby! You have a beautiful home and
there is such a sense of serenity - a perfect environment for cats.

We are getting along very very well with our kitty! I took this
picture in front of our son's house after we left you. The baby is
so sweet, but he is full of life and what a stinker! He really likes
to play!

More pictures to follow!

Hi Louis,

The kitten is just fine. In fact he is better than fine. He is doing great. He eats, drinks, plays, nuzzles, meows, sleeps, and Grows just like I would expect. How are you? How are your kittens?
We love our little guy and he loves us. His personality is royal, sweet, affectionate, playful, and soulful.
Thanks for doing such an excellent job, Louis.

 Hi Louis,

Here is a small sampling of the many pics we have taken of our
adorable darlings. I had a great close up of TuTu but the lighting was
pale so back to the drawing board. They are growing faster than the dandelions
in our yard, but are happy and healthy. They have a follow up vet appointment
this coming Tuesday. Everything seems good in that regard.

TuTu is fearless when it comes to exploring the house where as Biffy is
cautious at first.TuTu and Bud seem to have a special relationship as she absolutely melts in his arms when he picks her up... Big time Daddy Girl. .Biffy is an equal opportunity lover and takes it where, when, and from whomever he can get it! He also likes his food and has been known to try and horn in on TuTu 's canned food as well.
They LOVE each other and cry ferociously if separated even for a minute.

Thank you again Louis for being our virtuoso breeder. Our home is no longer painfully quiet as the pounding of little paws fills it with joyous sounds. Did the book arrive? I will always think of you when I pick up my copy .Hopefully life is calming down for you.
Please tell Ted what a pleasure it was to meet him ,and most of all keep in touch when you have a spare moment.

We wish you all the best.

Hi!
I doubt you remember me. My name is Dr. Lori DeBold. I adopted an
applehead siamese male from you in 2004 when you were still in North Hollywood.
Anyway, I was looking at your site and saw the products, the food and
the NuVet. Would you recommend I change from the Royal Canin feed to
these products?

Good to see you are still breeding cats. Buddy is a great cat and is
beautiful!!!

Harper is the most amazing kitty I've ever had. She's more than that, she've become family. I would dearly love to have another of your cats - they are exceptional.

When will these kitties be ready to come home? I might be too early for me, but I surely would be tempted.

Louis!

Their plane was late, we had just gotten home and needed to get everyone settled so we could get a couple hours sleep before work today. Both the kittens are gorgeous! And very sweet and friendly, especially the little girl. And you are right about the boy, it's hard to tell if he's seal or chocolate By all appearances except footpads, he looks like a seal with fabulous contrast. Those footpads, though, look more like a chocolate. Hmmm? Thank you again for raising such beauties. We'll keep you informed about how they're doing.

Sincerely,

Hi Louis

Everyone is doing well here, the last Seal Pt you shipped in, just has a fantastic personality, wants to purr and snuggle all night under the covers. She is even putting up with the dog, will lay on the bed with the dog but hisses at her when she tries to lick her.

Pa is in a deep freeze in the low teens with 40 to 50 mile winds poor Koi are cold must get some new heaters today to break the pond ice up.

Leaving for Ca Tuesday hope to warm up a little.

Hi Louis!
I just have to say Thank-you for our dear kitten, Locker! He is amazing and is just perfect for our family! He has the most amazing temperment and has made my usually impartial to cats husband a true cat lover! He is a beautiful little guy and spends everyday being spoiled and loved to the fullest extent. I hope you are well, and had a wonderful holiday season, and that the New Year brings you the best!

Hello Louis dear,

Greetings from SF! I hope all is well with you. I see from your website that it has been a "productive" summer! Lord, that Zorro is a gorgeous guy!!!

Princess Salome continues to delight us every day. It's our third anniversary (it was July 18, 2006, when you came to my sister's house in Lynnwood with your special delivery!). She's my dumpling drop, la principessa, Prinzessin Poot, my Princess Pie. I love her. Daniel dotes on her, and she adores him.

She has become quite vocal and one of her other nicknames is Princess MewMew. Also Princess YumYum, after the japanese bonito flakes she loves. We serve them to her on her own special fishy dishy, a butter dish I stole from a seafood restaurant that shall remain nameless; it has little fish swimming around the border. I'm nuts about this cat. Ridiculous.

She loves to be brushed. All I have to do is hold her little pink brush down to her and she starts rubbing against it and purring. Then the base of her tail bushes out and she fluffs herself up and prances around. We call her our "teenager" because of the way she plops her way down the stairs--bump bump bump bump bump! We can always tell it's her...None of our other cats sounds quite like that!

Below are some photos taken on July 18. Sure wish I could adopt another one from you! But I guess Salome just has to be enough for the present. I'm so glad you continue to make beautiful kitties. Daniel and I consider Salome a work of art, perfect poetry.

Drop a note when you can. I'd love to hear from you!

Best regards,

To Whom it May Concern:

In October of 2008, I decided I wanted to start breeding lynx point Siamese cats. That sounds a lot easier then it was. After numerous hang ups and slams, I almost gave up. then I found Louis of Permes cats. The first night we talked although he was preparing for a trip he talked to me for 2 hours educating me, but also making sure i was the correct place to potentially send one of his precious babies. He was so honest with me, and I trusted him to pick out the perfect kitten to begin my program with. I ended up with the most beautiful kitten Saphira a blue lynx point Siamese. She had just been born and it was a four month wait to get her! During this time I decided I wanted a male also, that I didn't want to get stuck studding to my precious little girl. Again Louis parted with a very special male Simon a seal point Siamese, that he could have sold numerous times, but decided I was the person for him. Simon was ready to come home then. Simon flew 3000 miles to me 2 weeks later. When I opened his crate I had never seen a more beautiful animal. It took about a week for him to come near me, (he was already 5 months old and flew so far) but when he did it was a bond I never imagined having with a cat. To this day Simon sleeps beside me every night and follows me around like a child. I couldn't ask for better. When i took him to the vet, my vet was shocked and at a loss for words. He said Simon was the most beautiful Siamese, or never mind that, most beautiful cat he had ever seen. He was in perfect health, I had people swooning over him at the vets office giving me phone numbers to call when I had kittens asking to leave me deposits, I had to tell them all that saphira was only 2 weeks old and it would be about a year before I had any. Soon it was time to bring Saphira home. After a 3000 mile flight she instantly let me hold her the entire way home. My husband and I put saphira in our room so she could get used to her surroundings before the other cats got near her. Within a day her and Simon were howling through the door to each other. They were instantly in love. Again, I took Saphira to the vet, and this time my vet told me he had lied to me, although he didn't know it then, that Saphira was the most beautiful cat he had ever seen, and she was so rare it made her all the more beautiful. She was healthy as can be. Not even the slightest problem. They were both so well socialized, and the bond they have to me is irreplaceable. Louis made everything possible for me, He is a wonderful person, and friend. He isn't a breeder who just cares about getting a sale. He cares about you, and most importantly he cares about his cats. I would never ever go to another breeder if I had the option of Louis first. His kittens are top of the line and worth the wait and price. Thank you so much Louis, here are some pictures of the babies

Hi Louis - just wanted to give you an update on the wonderful Lilac point boy I adopted last October. His name is Trouble and he has been such a joy. He gets along beautifully with my Bengal girl and is so loving towards everyone. They are best friends and are always playing, sleeping or adventuring around together. His coat has gotten very soft and his eyes are still bright blue. Just wanted to thank you again for matching me with him, he has been perfect!

Hi Louis,

I hope you and yours are all well. All is well here; Maya is growing and doing wonderfully.  She and BeeBee have the run of the house as well. So far Maya is staying on one floor and is very happy with that. She has a GREAT temperament - very calm, affectionate but not needy, and she's friendly with both people and cats. She has made friends with BeeBee and now they play and get their kitten energy out, and then sleep near each other in their own beds. I've enclosed a picture of her as we get her used to 'photoshoots' on our little photo table. :)

Thanks you.

All the best,

Hey Louis~

Just thought I'd drop you a little note. Things are going very well. She has adjusted great!! We love her so much. The first night was a little iffy... she would sleep for a couple of hours and then want to play. It was ok, though. She pretty much sleeps all night now. She and the dog are getting along as well as can be expected. Lol. They like to play but the dog has to learn the boundaries a little better. All in all they are doing very well. Hope you are doing well! When is the next time you're gonna have a litter?

P.S. Hope you enjoy the pictures...

Dear  Louis,

These photos may not show how Taj's color is developing, but I think you can see something about his personality. (and these are the only photos I know how to send at this point) Here he is with my friend's two-year-old. They can entertain each other for an hour at a time. It's wonderful. When I become more digitally competent, I'll send you some better shots of Taj's face. He's still very light, and soft, and lovely.
Thanks.

To Whom it may concern:

Last November I started looking for companion for my Simba (Seal Point) Siamese. I was really interested in adopting a blue point Siamese young adult cat. At that time I was working full time and did not want to raise kitten due to my work schedule. I really didn't think it would be fair to bring a kitten home and not have someone around to care for him during the day. I started searching web sites and that's how I found Louis with Permes Cats. I was very interested in the adult female named Tilly he had available and posted on his site. Unfortunately soon after my initial contact with Louis I was layed off due to State Layoffs. With this layoff came a change in my schedule, which now certainly opened up a strong possibility of adopting a kitten instead.

I called and talked to Louis, however with my change of income I wasn't sure I should be spending that much on a kitten. He said he understood and gave me other options and referred me to Craiglist as well other pet directories where I could find cat/kitten to fit my budget. Who knew they sold cats on Craig's List? I checked web sites from Bellingham to Oregon, I talked to animal rescue organizations. Several e-mailed me pictures, but I kept going back to Louis's site. I also checked every cat on the web site not only did he have the best cats, but this was a man that took the time to discuss my options and refer me to different sources to obtain a kitten within my price range and budget. So after searching high and low, I came back to Louis and decided he was the best choice to get a kitten from. So this is how Sherlock came into my family. I've had many conversations with Louis starting in November and lasting until mid January; up until Sherlock was old enough to leave his Mom. Louis gave me the name of an organic cat food and vitamins to make sure Sherlock has the best start in life, which also benefited my Simba. Louis is a conscientious breeder who looks after the well being of his kittens/cats and his customers. He has his kittens vet check, wormed and vaccinated so you know you are getting a healthy baby.

I live in Yakima and with the Winter conditions over the pass I couldn't go to Poulsbo to select my kitten, so asked Louis for the most loving and social kitten possible and I got exactly what I asked for. Louis interviewed me, asking me a series of questions about what I wanted in a kitten and matched me up with one that fit my description. If you need someone to pick out your kitten I would certainly recommend Louis.

I could tell Sherlock had received a lot of time and attention. It took one day to explore his new surroundings and adapt to Simba. He is the sweetest most loving kitten. He is jet propelled , playful, curious, and no matter what he gets into during the day when he curls up in my lap and gives me that how cute am I look; none of it really matters.

I got a best friend for Simba, the best kitten ever and a backup in Louis should I ever have any questions. I feel so incredibly lucky that I found the Permes web site and that Louis entrusted me with one of his kittens.

And I have to say Sherlock is the most handsome and awesome kitten ever!!!

Thank you Louis.

Dear Louis,

Just a quick note to let you know that all six cats we acquired from you are doing well. The kittens that we are producing are truly second to none. One might think that the distance from Washington to Vermont would hamper smooth transactions between cat breeders but it seems that you are right next door. You have been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to a long and healthy relationship with the continued focus on protecting and promoting these incredible breed of cats.

To Whom it may concern:

We have two wonderful Lynx Points from Permes Cattery – Kua’ana and Kanaka. Louis Azcarate has been fantastic to work with. He cares about both the cats and the adopters. He works very hard to deliver a kitten that matches the desires of the new owners, as well as make sure that the kitten and owner have compatible personalities. Our kittens have adapted very quickly and bonded to us. Kua’ana, our female Blue Lynx Point, is very loving, extremely playful and puppy-like – she has bonded to Linda and follows her around where ever she goes. Kanaka, our male Chocolate Lynx Point, is refined, vocal, loving and mellow – like Cliff, and has bonded to him. Not only do their personalities match ours, but they compliment one another.

Even though the kittens were from different litters and adopted a month apart, the two adjusted to each other within one day and are now inseparable. We picked Kanaka up from Louis and immediately left for a weekend trip with him and Kua’ana. They did fantastic. We have traveled with them all but one weekend since adopting them, and they travel contently and adjust to their new weekend environment seamlessly.

We highly recommend Permes Cattery and Louis Azcarate. He is honest and works hard to make sure that his kittens go to loving homes with the right owners. We are happy to talk with anyone who has questions about adopting from Permes Cattery or Louis Azcarate.

Sincerely,

 Hi Louis,

I just wanted to let you know everything is going great. As soon as I went out and bought some clay litter the other night I came home and found him already in the box!

He has free range of the house now and is doing great. The older cat is handling it very well, she will hiss at him once and then follow him around and watch him. So it seems she's more curious than anything, which is a good sign.

He has the best personality: so easy going and loveable. He's very tolerant of Margo wanting to carry him around and show him things. He's just seems very happy and content all the time; we love having him around!

Sollie decided to name him "Yoki". Something I think he made up. I looked it up on a baby name website and it's actually a Hopi Indian girl name that means, "it has been raining, or just rain". Then Margo wanted to call him "Pokey Yoki" and then "Marshmellow", so I think his official name now is Yoki Pokey Marshmellow. I'm just calling him Yoki.

You can see how happy the kids are to have a cat to love on. Yoki seems just as happy with all the attention.

Just wanted to let you know that everything is going really well!

Thanks again!

Hello Louis,

I purchased a cat from you several years ago out of Suki and Janus. He is a gorgeous seal point boy. I call him Rama. He is very large, about 9 lbs, not fat and is the best cat in the whole wide world. He is easy going, calm, he lays in my whelping box with my moms and their puppies. He plays with the baby berner puppies and teaches them how to play with cats. However he is also very attached to my brother who is moving out of my home and would like to take him with him to his new home with one of my dogs. I won't let him go until I find out if it is possible to find another baby boy kitten like him. I noticed that the MI component of you cattery has a young queen out of Suki and Janus. Do you have plans on breeding her and if so to whom. Also your young male in WA is gorgeous. What plans do you have for kittens. I would like to find one that is a seal point but the temperament and size are more important than color. Thank you for sending me the most perfect cat in the world. I hope you can find a second most perfect cat in the world.

Thank you, Ellen Lechner

  Louis,

Isis is doing super since she arrived at her new home! She is the queen of the roost. Seriously though, she seems to be adapting very well so far. I think we got a perfect match!

I just took these and wanted to send you a couple. Just one question for you; we weren’t sure on how much of the canned food you fed her, so was just wondering on the amount.

Anyway, I’ll send more pictures later. Isis says Hi!!

Dear Louis,

Just thought I'd give you an update on how Harper (alias Tabitha) is
doing. My goodness - she's the perfect cat. She's the sweetest
little gal in the world but she's also spunky and funny. She wins
over everyone she meets and has worked her way into our family right
away. The two kitties are friends now - respectful, still a bit
cautious, but no hissing or anything but curiosity about what the
other will do next. They both sleep on my bed - not together yet, but
soon.

I've never had a cat so quick to purr, to smile, and to be with you in
such a delightful way. She's been an angel and I can't thank you
enough for bringing her into my life. I had no idea I could fall in
love with a new kitty so quickly.

I'm sure those little ones of yours are getting absolutely adorable.
What fun to be in your business.

Best to all -

Louis,

Attached, finally, are some pictures that Shelby took this weekend (mostly). The little guy is doing great. He interacts with the two older cats a lot, but he’s not a follower at heart. More likely to do what he wants than what the other two are doing. Jasmine, on the other hand, is very much a follower of the pack (which is basically Neo).

We switched to the Life’s Abundance food several weeks ago. I’m not sure I can tell any difference, although they may be drinking less water.

I’ll try to send some more pictures and another report before too long. Thanks again for three great members of our family.

Do you remember little Keela? You can see how beautiful she turned out to be. I have always meant to send you a picture of her. We love her! She's is just the best cat I could ever imagine. Hello Louis,

I know, I know.....I just wrote to you the other day, but I just had to tell you how much I love Joey one more time :o)  He's the light of my life and I'm so thankful to you for producing such sound, loving, well-adjusted cats!  He's eating well, is playful.  By the way, my Vet. was so impressed with him that she made it a point to ask where I got him.  That's when she told me she use to show Siamese years ago and that at the time she had the #3 blue point male in the country.  I had no idea she was such a Siamese fan and expert.  I told her I wanted another one from you and she said if Joey was any indication of what you normally produced I'd be crazy to get a cat from anyone else but you!  So Kudos to you ;o)

That brings me to my next thought.  When we talked on the phone last time you told me you would be breeding Joy soon and that she should be producing some Chocolates and Seals.  Are you ready for this?  My hubby and I are so in love with Joey that we are entertaining the thought of getting a pair of siblings from you....one Choc. and one Seal.  If they are both boys that's fine as these will be pets so they will be "fixed"......that is as long as you think three boys can get along well after they've all been neutered.  I know for sure we want a Sable at this point, but I'll let you know for sure in a couple weeks if we want a second one from you too.  So, my question is have you bred Joy yet and when would the kittens be ready to go to their new homes?  Another option we are open to again is an older kitten like Joey.  We'd still want a Seal and Choc. so.....

Let me know something soon kiddo as I'll need a little time to plan for this new addition to our family.

Be well,
Dianne in Texas

Hi Louis and Teddy

On this coming Monday, Nov 10, I will be bringing Zsa Zsa to the Poulsbo Marina Vet Clinic for her spay surgery.  My appointment is for 10:30 and after checking her in etc., I will stay at the Poulsbo Inn overnight so that I can more easily pick her up and bring her home.  If you are available, I would love to meet you both for lunch, coffee, dinner or just a visit. Zsa Zsa is wonderful!  She is healthy, affectionate, social, playful (hiding many of her toys), incessantly curious and, of course, mischievous!  She sits next to our two and 1/2 year old granddaughter and watches her play and sits next to the computer screen watching the colors go by.  We love her immensely!

Patricia and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for your kindnesses and hospitality during our family visits.  This has been a memorable experience for us.

I have some recent photographs and would love to send one to you if you
would forward an address to us.

We look forward to hearing from you both and send our sincerest best
wishes.

Alex and Patricia Szabo in Seattle, WA

Louis,

Hope you are doing well.
I am very pleased to report that our friend, Cuvee, is doing well.  He now tips the scale at 11.5 pounds, so he has put on about 8 pounds since we brought him home.  He is playful, affectionate and plenty of fun.  We find that he enjoys being around us as much as possible which has been great since we went over a year without a cat in the house.  He has become more curious as he has matured.  We have taken him to our wine country home and he spends much of the time at the windows watching the birds and other animals that come through the yard.

The attached picture was taken about a week ago.
Thank you again; he has been a wonderful addition to our family!
Have a wonderful holiday season,

Dave & Carrie in San Franciso

Hi Kara,

I just wanted to thank you so much for my baby Mathias!  He is the sweetest little boy.  He loves mommy a lot and loves to be around me all of the time.  He loves to play and he is content just to keep mommy company.  I appreciate all of the help and information that you've given me and thank you for answering my questions so nicely because I had a lot of them.

Again, thank you so much and I will keep in contact.  Mathias says Hi.

Sincerely,
Terri Jones

Dear Louis,

Thank you for the wonderful service you provided in delivering Fuji to us. From our first email contact, through the sale, and after followup calls to check up on things you've been great. Fuji arrived safely at the airport, andwas home playing in the living room that day. He's become the mostpopular visitor at the vets when we take him in for his shots - everyone adores him, and says he's the most beautiful kitten they've seen in  awhile. At home, he's got our older cat playing again, and he makes everyday a joy with his gregarious antics. Thanks again for the great service.

Regards,

Hi Kara:

Our boy is doing just great!  He's eating like a horse and drinking like one too.  He's been using the litter box faithfully and just likes to snuggle with me.
Yesterday we watched a couple of movies together and he slept by me.  He loves climbing the kitty tree house.  I just love him to pieces.  Thank you so much for getting him for me.

Dear Louis:

I am writing this letter to commend you for your outstanding breeding of the Traditional Siamese. As you may recall, I purchased a female lilac point female from you in January 2002.

Before making my decision about which breeder to choose, I did a great deal of research on the internet and by making many phone calls. I was immediately impressed by your cattery because you seemed to want to know just as much about me as I did about you and your kittens. I remember you asking me questions about my lifestyle, reasons for choosing a Siamese kitten and my ability to offer care. You seemed interested and cautious with wanting to make sure that your kitten was going to a good home. We spoke several times for a very good length of time allowing yourself to get to know me and for you to answer my many questions. Before I even made any decisions, you sent me a picture of her via email.

You were insistent that I would not be able to adopt her until she was at least 12 weeks of age and therefore we made an appointment for a couple of weeks away. When we arrived at your place, you gave us plenty of time to get to know each other. You showed me her relatives so that I would have an idea of what she would look like when she got older. You told me that you only feed your kittens Royal Canine and requested that I also buy NuVet vitamin supplement.

My new baby, Nala, is so wonderful. She is about 9 months old now. I have to tell you that she has an amazing personality. She is about the most trusting, intelligent and loveable cat that I have ever been around. My many friends often comment about her telling me that she has such a beautiful coat. Within a matter of minutes, she is sitting on your lap – no matter who you are. She follows us all over the house and actually fetches her toys. We can hear her at night bringing her toys in the bed to play. I always tell everyone that her personality is due to her breeder and that I have just continued the tradition of offering her a trusting and loving home. I just cannot imagine my life without her.

If you ever have any questions please give me a call at 415-863-1648.

Always your grateful friend,

J. Darrin Barker in San Franciso, CA

Hi Kara,
Just wanted to give you an update on Gracie-she is doing well and growing quickly.  She is very playful and fiesty too!

Her coloring is just beautiful-her tail has subtle stripes.  She stayed very white and her points are a soft gray/blue.  She really is perfect.

Her health is good, she eats like a horse and is loved by everyone here.

Just thought you should know.

Blessings,

I have known Louis Azcarate since 1999, when I first bought a Siamese cat from him.  Subsequently, over the next three years, I bought three more top quality Siamese cats from him.

I find Louis to be not only an honest and fair person, but also very generous, and one who accurately represents his cats.

All four cats that I bought from Louis arrived in excellent health, with shiny coats, clear eyes, and extremely well socialized.  You can tell that he spends a lot of time with his cats to see that they are not only cared for properly, but are also loved and handled often.  None of my cats from Louis arrived with any type of illness or parasite - not a single sniffle, ear mite or flea!

Louis breeds very impressive cats due, in part, to his dedication to the preservation of the old style Siamese, hard work, artistic eye for beauty, and 12+ years experience in raising and caring for cats.  Permes Tahn of Old Siam, a male Siamese which I bought from Louis, was awarded the title of TCA Best Cat 2001.  This is the highest honor bestowed by the Traditional Cat Association (TCA) to a cat, and is a complement to the breeder.

As a breeder myself, I look for good health, striking beauty, social personality and loving, even temperaments in breeding cats for my cattery.  I have found all these qualities in the cats I purchased from Permes Cattery/Louis Azcarate.

Louis upholds the highest standards for his cattery, making sure all cats are comfortable, kept in a clean environment, and are well cared for and happy.  I have the utmost respect for and trust in this man.  I have seen many examples of his generosity over the last three years.  Unfortunately it seems that the generous people are the ones that end up being taken advantage of, and I have seen that done to Louis more than once.  Call his trust in mankind and generosity flaws if you like, but wouldn't the world be a better place to live if more people had these kinds of "flaws?"

Because of my past experience with Louis and what I know of him -- the man and the breeder - I would not hesitate to purchase another cat or kitten from him in the future.  I know he will stand by his word, treat me fairly, and give me a beautiful, healthy cat or kitten the meets or exceeds my expectations.

If I can provide further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Paula Schenebeck

Hi Kara-

I just wanted to drop a quick note about the cats.  They are doing great!  I took them to the vet yesterday and he weighs 3lbs and she is 2lbs5oz.  They handled the car ride beautifully!  They are sleeping, eating, using the litter box, and playing!  We are all totally in love with them.  My kids don't want to go do activities after school because they want to get back to the cats!   Thanks again for everything, they are perfect!  Have great day!

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm I write this letter of recommendation for Louis Azcarate of Permes Cattery. Louis provided me with a Chocolate Point Siamese in January 2002, and really I can’t say enough about how very pleased with the kitten I am.

From the day of my new kitten’s arrival, he has been a source of happiness in my household. He is a very intelligent, healthy, vocal, laid-back but fun-loving kitten and basically has become a cherished member of my family. I have four children, and one of them is two years old. It is a bit challenging for a cat to have to deal with a two-year-old at times. I have been completely amazed at my kitten’s good-natured temperament. He seems to know how to handle even the two-year-old well. The children all love him as much as I do.

My impression of Louis is that he provides high-quality, healthy kittens that are of good temperment and is truly interested in preserving the Traditional Siamese cat, which just happens to be a goal of mine, too. I looked into many other breeders but was specifically looking for a Traditional Siamese. When I learned about Permes Cattery and spoke with Louis, I was impressed with his professionalism and great customer service. I’m sure you will be, too.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss my knowledge of Permes Cattery further, please feel free to contact me at (651) 254-3475.

Sincerely,

Dear Louis,

Greetings from Vancouver Canada!  I regret not having contacted you sooner, but I wanted to send some pictures and only recently acquired a digital camera.  As tomorrow is our lynx point’s (whom I have named Luna’s) first birthday, I thought you would definitely love to know how he is doing.  I will always remember when we first met you said “this one’s crazy!”  He definitely has lived up to that description, with a determination and playfulness that still astounds me.  We are so happy to say that he is an absolutely fantastic cat!  He is energetic, intelligent, sensitive, and absolutely gorgeous!  You will also see that he is 100% toilet trained.  I would like to reassure you that he is receiving the very best of care.  We also greatly appreciate the efforts and care you provided as a breeder.  We would like to thank you once again, for allowing us the honor of knowing such an amazing being.

 We will keep in touch,

Kara and Alan in Canada

Dear Louis,

Kylar is just great. Her surgery went well and all at the vet’s office complimented me on her beauty as usual. One of the doctors asked for a photo when I took her in August for her final 3N1.

I reiterate: You sent me an exquisite and precious little girl whom I simply adore. She is a lap kitty and a shoulder climber/percher. She loves to cuddle or just being held in my arms. She is a wonderful fetcher and has a talent for playing catch. She is a junior Joe DiMaggio and would probably be accepted into the Little League.

What is paramount to Kylar’s personality is her excellent health. She never once even vomited up a hairball since I got her. Her health and temperament as well as her beauty are attributed to your breeding skills. Yes, to quote dear Bernadette once again. "Louis is the best." No doubt about it. The little girls is also getting the very best of care and plenty of love and attention. She is the "Queen of the house," and rightly so.

Hope you and family have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I certainly have much to be grateful for this year, thanks to you and my dear little baby.

If the enclosed certificate is not sufficient, please inform or you can also contact the Cat Practice by fax or e.mail.

Dr. Tracy Sane is the veterinary surgeon who performed Kylar’s operation.

Will proceed with CFA Registration as soon as I receive the papers. I am considering Lay Kylar or Lady Kylar Joy. She deserves nothing less than a regal name to reflect her class and dignity.

Still awaiting your book on Traditional Appleheads. Hope it’s in progress.

Kindest Regards,

Marian & Kylar  In NY
